We guarantee that all flowers are fresh at the time of delivery. If your arrangement arrives damaged or shows signs of poor quality, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed based on the specific circumstances of each case. If a replacement arrangement is provided, no refund will be issued. Refunds for services such as event styling are subject to the terms agreed upon in your service contract.
For event styling services, cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
Custom arrangements that have been specifically designed and created according to your specifications may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
